Colleoni's surfaces are rarely flat or passive: they behave like living organisms, rough and intensely tactile, expanding beyond the traditional limits of a canvas or panel. Recurring motifs ( the female figure suspended in dreamlike, archetypal space, the fluid presence of water, and a bold, deliberate use of color ) run through her exhibitions, including the solo shows La Ballata del Caleidoscopio (2023) and L'Alchimia dei Colori. Solve et Coagula (2025).
This same sensitivity to texture, layering and material contrast has also led her work into interior design collaborations, where sculptural surfaces bring the same depth to lived spaces.
